The company established 1 (one) a subsidiary company with 
100% ownership by the GTBO namely  GTBO International 
FZE registered No. 10462 on June 26, 2012 in the United 
Arab Emirates. The subsidiary has  authorized capital and 
paid up of 25,000 Dirhams or equivalent US$ 8,800 or Rp 
83,898,240 and at E-Lob Office No. Hamriyah Free Zone 14 
E88F-Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Mr. Anuj Sharma 
appointed as the Director of the GTBO International FZE. The 
purpose of this company is to trade energy products coal, 
metal ores & fuel. Up to this now, the subsidiary has not 
operating yet.
